What to Notice.
AirPods Max 2 include a USB-C Charge Cable and Smart Case, unlike several Apple earbuds that ship without a cable. A separate power adapter is not listed in the box contents.
Lossless and ultra-low-latency audio are available through USB-C rather than Bluetooth.
Apple says full functionality needs current Apple software; they can still work as Bluetooth headphones with non-Apple devices, but features may be limited.
